Where do you deliver to?
We deliver steel around Melbourne Metro, and all other items can be delivered throughout Australia.
Do you deliver to PO box addresses?
No, we’re not able to deliver to PO Box addresses.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to send all orders out by 48 hours of receiving them, however, during busy periods we may have minor delays. We will touch base with you if we foresee any major delays.
I have made a mistake on my order, how can I cancel it?
Contact us immediately on 03 9793 1114 (Dandenong South branch) or 03 8390 4610 (Derrimut branch). If your order has not been processed we will endeavour to cancel it. Otherwise you must follow our returns policy.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use a range of carriers depending on the size of the items ordered. Some of these include Australia Post, Couriers Please, FedEx, or our own trucks.
Can I return my product?
We will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in unused and re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Triple Star will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.
