How do I make purchases on triplestar.com.au? 

Once you have found the item you wish to purchase please contact the branch you'd like to order from;

We deliver steel around Melbourne Metro, and all other items can be delivered throughout Australia. 

No, we’re not able to deliver to PO Box addresses. 

We aim to send all orders out by 48 hours of receiving them, however, during busy periods we may have minor delays. We will touch base with you if we foresee any major delays. 

Contact us immediately on 03 9793 1114. If your order has not been processed we will endeavour to cancel it. Otherwise you must follow our returns policy

We use a range of carriers depending on the size of the items ordered. Some of these include Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT, or our own trucks. 

We will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in unused and re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Triple Star will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.
